4 Cordillerans Topped May 2021 RadTech, X-Ray Tech Board Exams | Igorotage
Four students from the Cordilleras were among the topnotchers of the May 2021 Radiologic Technologist and X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examinations.
Mayshell Baliling Basiag, a Kalinga laggunawa, topped the May 2021 X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination with an 84.75 percent rating.
Basiag is an alumnus of the International School of Asia and the Pacific located – Tabuk Branch.
Gail Tullo Quinto, from Lorma College, is in second place in the May 2021 Radiologic Technology board exam.
Quinto, who hails from Tangadan, San Quintin, Abra made her province proud with a 90.20 percent rating.
The provincial government of Abra took pride in this achievement as it is the first time a school established in the province produced a topnotcher.
Meanwhile, Russel Eliza Amangan Cuaresma from Pasil, Kalinga secured the Top 3 spot with 90 percent and Charimar Nadine Cayoma Ordonio from Pinukpuk in the sixth spot with an 88.80 percent rating. Both are alumni of Saint Louis University in the City of Baguio.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 776 out of 1,917 (40.48%) passed the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination and 21 out of 77 (27.27%) passed the X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Radiologic Technology in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pangasinan, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao this May 2021.
