The cold night air stung his cheeks as he pushed his motorcycle down the dark street. He had run out of fuel, and he was not sure what to do. He was tired, hungry, and starting to panic.
Just then, he saw a pair of headlights coming towards him. The car pulled over, and two policemen got out.
“What’s wrong?” one of the policemen asked.
“My name is Sawal,” the rider said. “I ran out of fuel, and I’m not sure how I’m going to get home.”
The policemen listened to his story, and then they smiled.
“Don’t worry,” one of the policemen said. “We’ll help you get home.”
The policemen gave Sawal 100 pesos so that he could refill his motorcycle at the nearest gas station. Sawal was so grateful for their help, and he was able to get home safely.
As he rode his motorcycle home, he thought about how lucky he was. He had been so close to being stranded in the middle of the night, but the policemen had come along and helped him out. He was so grateful for their kindness, and he knew that he would never forget their act of generosity.
