Throughout CPT Sadlay’s term as Commanding Officer of the 23rd Marine Company, the Marine Battalion Landing Team-3, has won numerous awards.
Through his leadership, Marine Battalion Landing Team-3 has been awarded the “BEST RIFLE COMPANY” for three consecutive years, from 2018, 2019 and 2020. The Company has also been awarded the “BACK TO BACK BEST IN ATHLETIC” for CY 2019 and 2020.
The achievements of the 23rd Marine Company, under the leadership of CPT Sadlay earned them the “GRAND SLAM BEST COMPANY” spot. The first time in Marine history.
For his effectiveness as Commanding Officer of the 23rd Marine Company, the Igorot Marine official was awarded the “BEST OFFICER” in 2019.
CPT Sadlay is currently stationed in Palawan.
