“Modern Igorot” New Genre in the Cordilleran Music Industry | Igorotage
In modern times, the Cordillera will never give up making new music that is new to most people. This includes the song currently being produced by IgoroTube Studio(A Software and Music Company) titled ” Modern Igorot”.
This was composed and sung by “Shainah Faye Dapey” an Igorota singer, also known for her famous Kankana-ey composition, titled “Danum”. This song is consist of modern pop genre and cope to compete with other Filipino Pop Music. It was composed in order to show the world that Cordilleran people are smart, intelligent and talented people.
The official lyric video was published on Facebook, YouTube, and IgoroTube Live App (Available on Play Store). The official music video is aimed to be published on March 15, 2022.
